How to Use  

1. Preparation: Download the "UseePlus" App on your mobile device. Connect the toy's cable to your phone using the appropriate interface adapter (Type-C, Lightning, or Micro-USB).  
2. Set up: Launch the App to view the 1080P live feed. Use the control switch to adjust the 8 LED lights to your desired brightness level.  
3. Lubrication: Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the toy and yourself to ensure a smooth and comfortable entry.  
4. Positioning: Press the suction base firmly onto a flat, non-porous surface if hands-free use is desired.  
5. Aftercare: After use, clean the toy thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. The IP67 rating allows for full body washing. Ensure the connection ports are dry before storage.

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
