Global Shipping

We ship our products worldwide, with some exceptions such as the Arab region, Argentina, and Iceland. If you want to confirm whether we can ship to your address, please contact us via email at help@juliettoys.com or inbox.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary by region, so there is no fixed shipping fee. To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add items to your cart and enter your shipping information at the checkout page. The available shipping methods and their prices will be displayed accordingly.

Shipping Times

  • From Overseas Warehouses: Orders typically take 3-7 days to arrive after shipment if there are no delays. This is an estimated delivery time, and actual times may vary.
  • From China: Orders generally arrive within 7-20 days after shipment if there are no delays. We ask customers to allow up to 60 days for all international orders.

Please note: All estimated shipping times are calculated from the time of shipment. Orders may take 1-4 days to process before they are shipped. Custom orders may take slightly longer.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with minimal identifying information. So nobody knows what's inside.

We do not accept refunds once your package has been shipped unless the product is defective. Please note that if your package is returned to us because you refused to pay any related fees, you will not receive a refund, and your items will be destroyed.

It’s normal for tracking updates to be delayed by 1-2 days. However, if there are no updates for more than 5 days, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. What should I do if the tracking shows my package has been returned or if there are other issues?
