To ensure full discretion, we ship your order in a plain brown box with no visible branding or references to Juliettoys. The only markings on the package will be the address label and courier stickers.

      Don’t worry—we’ve got it covered. We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method for the US and most EU countries. This means we prepay all taxes and duties for you. The final price shown at checkout is the total—no extra fees, no surprises. Just sit back and wait for your delivery!

      Certain regions—especially parts of South America—may still require customer assistance with customs clearance. Customs may contact you for extra documentation or payments. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

    Order Processing Time

    After receiving your order, it will take 1-3 days to make and an additional 2-7 days to prepare it for shipping.

    Our order processing time may be slightly delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as peak seasons and other unforeseen circumstances.

    If the order quantity is too large, we will ship it in several packages.(There will be multiple tracking numbers included in the email.)

    Package Tracking
