We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method in these regions, which means we prepay all taxes and duties on your behalf. You won’t pay extra when the package arrives.

For All Other Countries:
Customs duties and taxes may apply according to local laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs might contact you for additional documents or payments.

• We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before ordering to avoid unexpected delays or charges.
• We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for packages delayed or returned due to customs issues. Please be prepared to assist with customs clearance if contacted.

Discreet Packaging

We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded brown boxes with no mention of Juliettoys or product details. Only the shipping label and courier stickers are visible, ensuring complete discretion.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

Order processing: We process all orders within 3–7 days before shipping.
Shipping times: After dispatch, delivery times vary by destination:

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package at 17track.net.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
