Orbis is a large anal bead toy available in 4, 5, or 6 beads, with bead diameters ranging from 2.75 to 3.54 inches (7–9 cm). Each option offers a different bead size, so you can choose the one that matches the level of intensity you want.

How long until my order ships?
We process orders in 5–10 days. If it hasn’t shipped after 10 days, contact us.

US / UK / EU: 8–15 business days after dispatch
Canada / AU / NZ: 10–20 business days
Other countries: 15–30 business days

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
For USPS shipments, it’s normal for tracking to remain unchanged until the package reaches a USPS facility in the US.

Will I pay customs or taxes?
We offer tax-included delivery for: US, CA, GB, EU, AU.
For all other destinations, customs duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we can update the address.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (including Klarna/Afterpay instalments where available), debit cards, and PayPal.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain brown box, no branding.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

How long does order processing and shipping take?

Order processing: We process all orders within 5–10 days before shipping.
Shipping times: After dispatch, delivery times vary by destination:
 • US, UK, EU: 8–15 business days
 • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
 • Other countries: 15–30 business days (delays possible due to customs or remote locations)

Note: Large or split orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Discreet Packaging

We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded brown boxes with no mention of Juliettoys or product details. Only the shipping label and courier stickers are visible, ensuring complete discretion.

Global Shipping

We offer global shipping (excluding Arabia, Argentina, and Iceland). If you're unsure whether your area is within our service range, please feel free to contact us.

Will I Pay Customs Duties or Taxes?

Are taxes included?
Yes! For most countries, taxes are already included in the product price. What you see at checkout is what you pay—no hidden fees or surprises.

Tax-Included Delivery for These Regions: US, CA, GB, EU, AU

We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method in these regions, which means we prepay all taxes and duties on your behalf. You won’t pay extra when the package arrives.

For All Other Countries:
Customs duties and taxes may apply according to local laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs might contact you for additional documents or payments.

Important:

• We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before ordering to avoid unexpected delays or charges.
• We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for packages delayed or returned due to customs issues. Please be prepared to assist with customs clearance if contacted.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address.
Once your order is packed or shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.

Can I choose a specific courier?

Currently, courier selection is not available due to customs and logistics restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package at 17track.net.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
