Cancel Order
Juliettoys.com generally processes your order within 1-2 business days. So, please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund.
- Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. If production on your order has not yet begun, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Orders that have completed production but not yet shipped will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have any concerns about our toys, please contact us before purchase, and we can provide additional information. Please note that colors of toys may vary slightly from product photos as each item is unique. Keep in mind these items are handmade, so there may be slight differences between toys.
One of the most common mistakes customers make is ordering the wrong size toy. We do not accept returns for size misjudgments; please carefully review the specifications listed on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions, contact us before placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders we deem suspicious.
Product Issues
Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. Please provide pictures or videos illustrating the problem. For sizing issues, include the total length and weight measurements. We will initiate an investigation upon receiving your email and respond within 48 hours. Any issues must be reported within 3 days, otherwise, we may not be able to honor requests for replacements, missing items, etc.
