Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

- Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
