Order Cancellation
We usually process orders within 1-3 days of receiving them, if you want to cancel or change your order, we recommend that you contact us within 2 days of placing your order.
Several types of order cancellations:
- After receiving the order, if the product has not been produced, the order can be canceled and a full refund can be made.
- After receiving the order, if the product has been produced, the order can be canceled but a fee of 50% of the order price will be charged.
- After receiving the order, if the product has been produced and shipped, the order cannot be canceled and a refund will be refused.
Refund / Return
In order to protect the safety and health of other customers and based on the privacy and uniqueness of the product, we do not accept any refunds or returns. Unless you find that the product is defective and damaged when you receive the package (excluding defects that do not affect the use), the product will be considered used after leaving our warehouse, and we will not sell/resell any second-hand products.
Package lost and wrong address
Package Lost: When the goods are delivered from our warehouse to the courier carrier, we have completed the seller's responsibility. Customers are obliged to provide relevant information and communicate with the local courier carrier for the claim process.
Wrong Address: If the goods are in transit, we recommend that customers communicate with the courier company and change the correct address when they arrive at the local area. If the goods are delivered to the wrong address by the courier, the customer should communicate with the courier/courier company to re-deliver the package.
We refuse refunds based on any package loss/wrong address situation.
Product size is different from the size provided
We carefully measure each product to ensure that the size is accurate. However, actual measurements may vary slightly, especially along the axis of the product. Due to differences in manufacturing processes, there will be a normal range of error values in the measurements. We do not provide refunds for differences in measurements.
Product After-Sales Service
If the product has quality problems such as damage/breakage during normal use, please contact us within seven days and provide relevant evidence. We will not provide after-sales service after seven days.
