How to Use

2. Inflation: Locate the air hole at the base of the dildo. Insert the needle fully into the hole and slowly squeeze the bulb to inflate. (Note: Do not exceed 50 pumps to avoid over-inflation).
3. Lubrication: Apply a generous amount of high-quality water-based lubricant to the textured shaft for a smooth experience. (Note: Do not use silicone-based lubricants).

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
