How to Use

3. Impact Play: Utilize the medium hardness of the crop for rhythmic tapping or controlled strikes. The 4cm width provides a satisfying "thud" sensation.
4. Moisture Care: Avoid getting the leather wet to protect the reactive finish. The color-changing coating is moisture-sensitive and should be kept dry.
5. Maintenance: Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth after use and store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

Yes! For most countries, taxes are already included in the product price. What you see at checkout is what you pay—no hidden fees or surprises.

We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method in these regions, which means we prepay all taxes and duties on your behalf. You won’t pay extra when the package arrives.

For All Other Countries:
Customs duties and taxes may apply according to local laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs might contact you for additional documents or payments.

• We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before ordering to avoid unexpected delays or charges.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is packed or shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.

Can I choose a specific courier?

Currently, courier selection is not available due to customs and logistics restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package at 17track.net.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

• USPS shipments: Tracking may not update for 8–12 days while your package is en route to a USPS facility. This is normal.
• Other couriers: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or shows abnormal status, please contact us promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen factors—please be patient.
If customs delays your package for more than one month, we will arrange a reshipment.
If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders or orders fulfilled from multiple warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
