To Absolutely cautious transportation, we package and mail the product in a brown box. There will be no markings or Juliettoys or other obvious words on your package, except for the address label and courier sticker.

For the United States:

- UPS Saver ($100+ orders) - $19.90 USD
- UPS Saver ($100-$200 orders) - $14.90 USD
- UPS Saver ($200+ orders) - Free
- DHL Express (Expedited) - $30 USD
For other regions:
- Standard - $9.90 USD

Additional Notes:
- If the order quantity is too large, we will ship it in several packages.
- If the order contains liquid products such as lubricants, we will ship them together or separately.
Liquid products such as lubricants do not support UPS and DHL delivery. Even if you choose expedited service, liquid products such as lubricants can only be delivered by standard express delivery

Order processing speed
After receiving the order, it takes us 1-3 days to make and 1-3 days to ship, and the estimated time is seven working days.
Shipping time
Shipping time begins when we confirm shipment.
- US warehouse: delivery within 3-7 days
- China warehouse: delivery within 7-20 days
We will ship ready-made products from our US warehouse, and products that need to be made we will ship from our China warehouse.
Depending on the mode of transport, our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Express: 15-20 days
- UPS: 10-12 days
- DHL: 7-10 days
Our shipping time already includes unstable factors such as shopping season, weather factors, flight delays, courier company processing efficiency, etc., and may actually be faster or slower.
Customs inspection and taxes
Taxes in most countries are already included in our product prices, but there may be customs inspections or additional tax payments. Therefore, we believe that customers are responsible for providing information and paying fees when they encounter customs inspections or additional tax payments during transportation.
If you are unwilling to do so and the package is returned/the package is stuck, we refuse any refunds or returns.

Package Tracking
When the package is mailed to the courier company and successfully shipped by them, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter that number on the website https://www.17track.net/en to get the detailed status of the package.
