The following are the terms and conditions (called "these Terms") for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want us to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify us via our customer services department.
These Terms of Sale refer to the sale of goods through Juliet & Martin's toy store's website; for the terms covering the use of Juliet & Martin's toy store's website please see Terms of Service.
Please read through the Terms carefully before placing your order, and if you are ordering from our website print a copy for future reference.
We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. However, any changes will only apply to any subsequent orders received.
Return or refund
If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, you must notify us immediately.
Because we make each order purely by hand. If your order has not been customized, we can cancel it. Once your order has been customized, we will not be able to cancel your order for you.
If your product has shipped, we cannot provide a refund. Once your order leaves our manufactory and is in transit, you cannot cancel your order.
We Don't allow returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. But if you have any questions about our toys, feel free to reach out before purchasing and we can get you more pictures. Toys may vary from the product photos slightly since no two pours are exactly alike. Please remember, these are handmade items and can vary slightly from one toy to the next.
One of the most common mistakes that customers make is placing an order for a toy that is unsuitable size. We do not accept returns on orders where the customer has misjudged the size of toy; please pay close attention to the specifications of the toy when your are ordering. Specifications for each toy are listed in each toy’s product page. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery
Your order may take between 2-4 days to manufacture before it ships. Note: Custom orders may take slightly longer than this to process.
If the package ship from overseas warehouse, your order will take approximately 3-7 days to arrive after it is shipped. This is only an estimate of transit time if there are no delays, and actual shipping times may vary.
If the package ship from China, your order should arrive 10-15 days after being shipped (if there are no delays). We ask that customers please allow up to 60 days on all international orders.
We strongly recommend you to check the goods after receiving them, any issues with any order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Please send us a picture or video showing this issue. We will check and find a proper solution for you.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.
General
The benefit of any contract entered into with us is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms.
If any provision of the Terms is unenforceable this will not stop the rest of the provisions from being enforceable.
Definitions
"you" and "your" means the person, firm or company who enters into a contract with us.
"us", "our" and "we" means Juliet & Martin's toy store.These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
